Pokemon Go April 2026 Events

Hello trainers,

So sorry I didn’t post the content updates for the last couple of months, I was very busy in general and then last month I started working on a new version of the website, I do that when I have some free time so no ETA yet, also this current version is robust enough right now. Yet I’m very excited because I will add some cool new features like a fidelity/points system for my regular customers, a better search engine with different languages, and more ! Please stay tuned for that. 👀

Now back to Pokemon Go, I hope you enjoyed the content we got since the start of 2026 ! I have to say the Kalos Go Tour whether in-person or global was very good, I know before it we all had hoped to see Mega Mewtwo or Mega Zygarde for example and in the end we didn’t get those but Niantic/Scopely had surprised us with the release of Mega Dragonite, which has a really nice design imo, and on top of that they also released Mega Victreebel and Mega Malamar, those 3 were new Megas from the Legends ZA game.

Talking about Mega Mewtwo, its release is now confirmed for this year’s Go Fest, which will take place in Tokyo, Chicago and Copenhagen in June before the Global event in July ! I’m sure you are all excited like me for those events, the long wait for Mega Mewtwo will be finally over, and the legendary Pokemon will get for the first time a background ! If you like to collect them it seems like there will be a total of 7 different backgrounds for it, 3 for in-person, 1 from global and 3 more that we don’t know about yet, but it was found in the code of the game. Let’s wait for new infos from Niantic/Scopely or from leaks ^^

Now, before that, let’s focus on April and see what’s for us this month :

Raids rotation are :

– Regidrago (1st – 7th April)
– Kyogre (8th – 14th April)
– Groudon (15th – 21st April)
– Tapu Koko (22nd – 28th April)
– Tapu Lele (29th April – 5th May)

I’d say it’s a pretty weak lineup as the Kyogre/Groudon won’t be primal so Mega Energies won’t drop from them and the rest is mid I’d say, however we get to see Mega Alakazam back in Mega raids, it has been a long time since we saw it so that’s great if you are looking for the Mega energies. Also in Mega raids for this month are Mega Manectric, Mega Aerodactyl, Mega Sharpedo and Mega Banette.

The Shadow raids for this month is Shadow Latios (up till 5th May), again, if you need any raids for your account, you can use my reliable Raid Service anytime !

For Max Battles we’ll get Dmax Trapinch, Dmax Drilbur, Dmax Regirock and Dmax Shuckle this month and I also have my Max Battle Service if you need anything !
