Pokemon Go June 2025 Events

Hello trainers !

Another month’s rich in content for Pokemon Go ! The biggest event of the year GoFest will be held on June 28th and 29th, that is the Global event but we just had the In-person Gofest with Osaka, New Jersey and Paris during the first half of the month, check out the Pokemon inventory page for the latest releases from those 🙂

Leading up the Global Gofest will mark the return of the Regis in raids between 23rd-27th June with the Ancient Recovered event and there will be a raid hour everyday for each Regis, similar to the week before GoTour earlier this year each day will feature a legendary Pokemon and that’s also true for Zacian and Zamazenta which won’t be available the same day, a nice way for Niantic/Scopely to boost players engagement 😜

We will also be able to get new Max releases this month with the 8th Gen Gmax starters, albeit shiny locked for now you can get them during each In-person Gofest weekend, whether you have tickets or not (tickets holder gets a chance for location background) and for those who missed them you’ll have another shots at them during the 20th-22th June weekend. There is also Dmax Hatenna available from 16th June Max Monday and will be in rotation afterward.

The Raids rotation apart from the Regis and Legendary dogs mark the return of Groudon and Kyogre, between 5th-14th June for Groudon and 14th-23rd June for Kyogre. They are in regular form so no mega energy dropping unfortunately.

Then the biggest info is the introduction of the Gold Bottle Cap, allowing you to Hypertrain your Pokemons to raise their IV and turn them into Hundos/Shundos 💯✨
The game’s datamine shows there will also be Silver Bottle Cap, less efficient but supposedly free contrary to the Gold one, locked behind the Deluxe Ancients Recovered Pass, check out the details below :
